LOKKA Event Overview

LOKKA is a 3-day job readiness workshop designed for young people aged 18–25 who want to build confidence, improve their CV, prepare for interviews and take the next step towards employment.

Across the 3 days, participants will take part in practical sessions covering mindset, confidence, CV building, communication skills, workplace expectations, interview preparation and mock interview practice.

The course is designed to be direct, supportive and action-focused. Participants will leave with a stronger CV, improved interview confidence, a certificate of completion and a guaranteed interview opportunity after completing the full programme.

The workshop costs £180 per participant. Sponsored places may also be available through partner organisations.

LOKKA guarantees an interview opportunity, not guaranteed employment. Job offers depend on the employer’s decision, available roles and the participant’s interview performance.
