LOKKA is a 3-day job readiness workshop for young people aged 18–25. The programme helps participants build confidence, improve their CV, prepare for interviews, and understand how to present themselves professionally when applying for work.

Over the 3-day workshop, you’ll learn practical skills to help you become more confident, job-ready, and prepared for real opportunities.

You’ll cover:

• Preparing for interviews
• Answering common interview questions
• Presenting yourself professionally
• Searching and applying for jobs
• Building confidence and communication skills
• Understanding what employers are looking for
• Getting ready for your guaranteed interview opportunity

• You’re unemployed or looking for your next opportunity
• You’re on Universal Credit
• You’ve been referred by DWP, Maximus, Ingeus, Reed, Shaw Trust, Seetec, Serco, or The Growth Company
• You need help improving your CV
• You feel nervous or unprepared for interviews
• You’re not sure what job or career path you want yet
• You want to build confidence and communication skills
• You need support applying for jobs
• You’re ready to take the next step towards work
